Customer satisfaction policy

  • If not happy with the purchase, the Client may return the purchase within calender 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The Art of Science may ask the reason for this, but the Client is not committed to stating his reason(s).

  • When considering to return the purchase, during this 14-day period the Client will handle the product and packaging with care. The Client will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product. The basic principle is that the consumer handles and inspects the purchase as he would be allowed to do in a shop. The Client is liable for devaluation of the product that is the result not dealing with the product with care.

  • The Client will pay for the expenses of returning the purchase.

  • After receiving the returned purchase intact, the Art of Science will give the Client a full refund of the advance payment.
